Bachelor of Science - Finance
“Learning does not make one learned: there are those who have knowledge and those who have understanding. The first requires memory and the second requires philosophy.” – Alexandre Dumas
Through continuous self-education, Salvatore has been mastering the art of financial literacy, by leveraging cutting-edge resources and seizing opportunities, some being from the peers he surrounds himself with, to the extraordinary and prestigious schools. Aside from that however, he is extremely analytical and decisive.
Salvatore has proven numerous cases to be an adept navigator of the capital markets, complex investment vehicles, navigating inflationary and deflationary debt markets and instruments, and not only that, Salvatore understands how to restructure those distressed debts and troubled assets. Yet, with an innate ability, as well natural curiosity, he has settled into the forefront of advancement in the dynamics of new emerging markets and new technologies as well.
"Study the science of art, and study the art of science. Learn how to see. Realize that everything connects to everything else." - Leonardo da Vinci
Salvatore currently holds a B.S. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University - Silberman College of Business, where he was a former student-athlete achieving success on and off the field. Transitioning from highly competitive and collegiate sports, Salvatore pursued to open several businesses, meanwhile pursuing education as he always saw it as vital. Graduating in the top 5% of his graduating class with a cumulative 4.0 GPA - Salvatore, at an early age, has worked and collaborated directly with some of the sharpest and brightest minds on Wall Street in New York City, adding insight and value to the future capabilities within digital banking, online payments and software solutions.
Of all the many achievements and pinnacles reached, Salvatore accredits almost all of it to knowledge and wisdom alone, especially in an age where it’s hated. It's constant action, self reflection on every choice or decision made from those actions, and progress from there. All cause and effect relationships. In simple terms, you should know that if you do this, you will yield this result. What most people don't want to face is that feeling of pain or discomfort, when really that's the price for progress in any venture or course of life. Everybody and everything in his life has taught him something, whether it's good, bad, or indifferent, and for that he is beyond grateful for every single person and opportunity. With that, over several years of doing business, there is one important conclusion when it comes to finances. In summary, the most essential factor for anyone is to form their own investment thesis to be able to make the best value-based and data-driven decisions possible.

ACHIEVING GOALS
YOUR GOAL NEEDS TO BE PRECISE/CLEAR
“Start by doing what is necessary, then do what is possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.”
– Saint Francis of Assisi
Salvatore’s philosophy on achieving goals or targets is simple, as well can be implemented effortlessly. First and foremost you need to understand that you can do anything you put your mind to. Therefore the rest is all noise. With that being said, your goal needs to be precise, clear, and you need to be able to visualize it. I’m not saying it’s going to be easy. I’m not saying it’s going to take a ton of hard work and resilience. But if you can see it, I promise you not only is it possible, but it’s waiting for you to take it, and turn it into your own beautiful craft.
Also understand to achieve those goals you can never do it alone. You need the right people in your life which you need to curate yourself with alignment to your priorities and who you want to be. Find your purpose. Simplifying and saving decades of time for everyone who reads and re-reads that. Best said, by knowing who you are, along with your strengths and weaknesses your personal and career growth can go to a level unimaginable, as it's so important to constantly live out of a state of authenticity, which in end helps you attract the right people to your life. If it's you don't have access to the right people, figure out how to find them. As long as you have your energy, time, health, and attention you can make it work. Understand the blessing it is to even be alive everyday whether your current situation is good, bad, or indifferent, if you shift your thoughts or perspective, you will have the ability to create something from nothing, even if you don't have all the answers right now. In due time, the process is the prize.

HEALTH, FITNESS, AND NUTRITION
TRAIN INSANE IF YOU WANT INSANE RESULTS
“When health is absent, wisdom cannot reveal itself, art cannot become manifest, strength cannot be exerted, wealth is useless, and reason is powerless.” – Herophilos
Salvatore eats once a day for the most part, however when the time comes to bulk, it's time to eat. As mentioned before, in his earlier years he loved running and playing soccer, later that transitioned his focus into weight-lifting, and best said by Schwarzenegger, becoming an artist - sculpting the body to something that wasn't there before. Salvatore has grown to a staggering 6'4" and 195 lbs of lean muscle mass. These results did not happen overnight.
They started 5 years ago with no weight on the bars, the clothes to make him look less like a stick, the countless times going through different workouts to find what works, searching online for the right exercises and food, as well all those sacrifices and tradeoffs of food, habits, and energy to get to that end goal as described earlier. A very selective diet with an emphasis on the bolded information below. Mind you there's a lot of testing what works in the process for you and what you're trying to do. However as mentioned before, I'm throwing below what works for me, as any skinny guys trying to tack on some serious pounds naturally can do it, and not using synthetic drugs that sound like they belong in a car. Just to clarify before hand, in the beginning, eat tons of carbs. First off, you need to provide enough energy for muscle growth, second the unused carbs also help to fill in with some of the size. To help with delaying gratification and that goal, you should always be in a constant state of gratitude for all the progress made regardless of the situation.
Regular exercise, tons of protein - especially red meat, and last but definitely not least, a necessary full 8 hours of sleep. An emphasis on rest. No processed foods or sugar. No alcohol or drugs. Treat your future self like you would treat someone you love dearly.
The full workouts are listed below. However, you have to constantly push the limits and understand that someone out there is going to be outworking you to take your lunch. No, your workouts aren't going to get easier, however you're going to get stronger, faster, thinner, etc. The days you don't feel like going are the days you need to be there most, meanwhile the days you might be over eager to go, you may need the rest.
Master the physical, as well as the mental.
